Ravenspire Studios (“AQS”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect from visitors and pre-registrants at ravenspireonline.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights under applicable data-protection law.
1. Information We Collect
Pre-registration data. When you pre-register for Ravenspire, we collect the email address you submit. We optionally receive an IP address and user-agent string from your browser for spam prevention.
Contact form submissions. Your name, email, selected subject, and the message body you submit via the contact form.
Analytics & cookies. We use privacy-respecting analytics (aggregated page views, approximate geographic region, referrer domain). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. A cookie banner is presented on first visit.
Server logs. Standard web-server logs (IP, timestamp, URL, status code) retained for 30 days for security and operational purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To send you launch-related email: closed beta invitations, open beta dates, launch-day login instructions, Founder's Cloak redemption codes.
- To respond to contact-form inquiries.
- To protect the service from spam, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use our site and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
