Welcome to Ravenspire. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ravenspireonline.com website, the Ravenspire pre-registration service, and associated community platforms (collectively, the “Services”), which are operated by Ravenspire Studios (“AQS”, “we”, “us”).
By creating an account, pre-registering for the Ravenspire game, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Pre-Registration
Pre-registration for Ravenspire is free and non-binding. Pre-registering entitles you to (a) receive launch-related communications at the email address you provide, (b) potential closed beta access subject to availability, and (c) a promotional Founder's Cloak cosmetic item redeemable at game launch.
Pre-registration is not a purchase and does not guarantee access to the final game. The Founder's Cloak and closed beta invitations are promotional and may be modified, delayed, or cancelled at our sole discretion.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game art, character designs, class descriptions, world lore, screenshots, and video — is the property of Ravenspire Studios or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of our content without prior written consent, except that fan content (screenshots shared on social media, let's-play videos, artwork) is permitted for non-commercial use with attribution.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Submit false or misleading information, including fake pre-registration emails
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or staff
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Upload malware, scraping tools, or automated registration bots
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Impersonate any person or entity
5. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites (Discord, Reddit, YouTube, Twitter/X, Steam). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services. Your use of those services is at your own risk.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses.
All game features, class designs, screenshots, and launch dates described on this website are preliminary and subject to change. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of specific game content at launch.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AQS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you have pre-registered) or via a prominent notice on the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
